01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the six6sbets platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and six6sbets.

six6sbets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that both you and that person or entity comply with all applicable requirements set out below.

02. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a six6sbets account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not as a professional trader, syndicate member, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on six6sbets or any affiliated platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of six6sbets or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

six6sbets reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

2.2 Registration Process

To open a six6sbets account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account where applicable.

You may hold only one (1) active account on six6sbets at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Account Verification

six6sbets may require you to verify your identity before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Verification may involve submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account.

Verification requests must be fulfilled promptly. Accounts that remain unverified beyond a reasonable period, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or belonging to a different individual, will be permanently closed. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and six6sbets's internal fraud policies.

03. Account Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all information held on your six6sbets account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your residential address, contact number, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. six6sbets accepts no liability for failed transactions or account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the account holder.

3.2 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. six6sbets will never contact you to request your password through any channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in, or as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact six6sbets support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on six6sbets. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — for any reason, including circumventing a self-exclusion, recovering bonus eligibility, or exploiting promotional terms — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. six6sbets reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.4 Account Currency

All six6sbets accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are all displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. six6sbets does not currently offer accounts in any other currency.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

six6sbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

Payment methods available to individual accounts may vary depending on account verification status, location within Bangladesh, and technical availability at the time of the transaction. six6sbets reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on six6sbets is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by six6sbets at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the issuing institution.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. six6sbets does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Deposits from anonymous, unverified, or third-party sources may be returned to the originating account and will not be credited to your six6sbets balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals.
• six6sbets reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

4.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate six6sbets deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. six6sbets reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds affected by the reversal, and pursue any outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels. If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must contact six6sbets support directly in the first instance.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

six6sbets offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates — are published with each individual promotion.

Bonuses are credited in BDT and are applied to your bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion before they can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on six6sbets are subject to wagering requirements. This means that you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) a defined number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, multipliers, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

six6sbets actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and the exploitation of errors or technical faults in promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus cancelled, winnings voided, and access to future promotions restricted or permanently revoked.

5.4 Promotional Changes

six6sbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will not be compensated for any change to a promotion that has not yet been claimed. Any promotion that has already been credited to an account will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of crediting, subject to the anti-abuse provisions above.

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on six6sbets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Bets are final once confirmed. six6sbets reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, or where the relevant market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.

In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. Results are based on the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In-play betting is subject to a delay and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of six6sbets.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, slot titles, and specialty games (including Golden Land and Lucky Dice) are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.

six6sbets accepts no responsibility for any loss resulting from a player's misunderstanding of a game's mechanics or rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with any game before wagering real-money stakes.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, game freezes, disconnections, or display faults — all bets and game rounds affected by the malfunction are void. six6sbets will restore account balances to the state immediately prior to the affected round where technically possible. No compensation will be paid for any real or perceived loss of winnings resulting from a malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on six6sbets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface and may vary by game type, market, and individual account status. six6sbets reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts without prior notice, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

07. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6sbets platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

1. Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 18 years, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, regardless of the method used or the purpose intended.
3. Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.
4. Money Laundering: Using six6sbets for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that constitutes arbitrage or matched betting activity at the expense of six6sbets's commercial interests.
7. Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
8. Abuse of Staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any member of the six6sbets support team or other platform users.
9. Misinformation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any communication with six6sbets.

08. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by six6sbets

six6sbets reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other activity that may be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. During a period of suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by six6sbets

Following investigation, six6sbets may permanently close an account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms has been established. Upon permanent closure resulting from a breach, six6sbets reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any active bets. Where closure is not a result of a breach — for example, where a player has voluntarily requested closure — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

8.3 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your six6sbets account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, please ensure that any outstanding balance has been withdrawn. Accounts closed at the player's request without a responsible gaming self-exclusion attached may be reopened upon request after a 30-day cooling-off period.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or via the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed, you will not be able to log in, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
